Online Coaching
If you don’t have time to come to the gym, online coaching is perfect for you.
It offers flexible, personalised training that fits around your schedule, with live video sessions that feel just like we’re training together in person. I’ll create a tailored program based on your goals, fitness level, and available equipment, and you’ll receive regular support and check-ins via messages or video calls to stay motivated and track your progress.
Online coaching gives you expert guidance and accountability without having to rearrange your life around the gym, making it easier to stay consistent, confident, and on track to achieve your goals.


Programmes
If you’ve been training with me, feel confident enough, and want to start working independently while still having expert guidance, this option is perfect for you.
You’ll receive a personalised training programme designed around your goals, fitness level, and available equipment, with clear instructions to guide you safely. You can complete your workouts at your own pace and on your own schedule, while following a structured plan that keeps you progressing. Regular check-ins can also be included if you want extra support or adjustments along the way.
Pilates
If you want to improve your core strength, posture, and overall body awareness, Pilates is a perfect choice.
Sessions can be 1:1 at The Bridge, a women’s-only gym in Southwark, or delivered via online coaching. Starting with a postural analysis, I’ll create a programme tailored to your specific imbalances and goals, with regular check-ins to track progress and make adjustments as needed, helping you move more efficiently, safely, and confidently.
