Hi, I’m Celeste Mayor-Hollins!

I’m a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor based at The Bridge, a women’s-only gym in Southwark.

I help women feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies through personalised, goal-focused training.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for over seven years, and that experience shapes my balanced approach to Personal Training. Every session is designed to be effective, enjoyable, and empowering.

I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space where you can challenge yourself, celebrate your progress, and build sustainable, confident fitness, no matter where you’re starting from.
