My goals were to increase strength and become more confident with weight training. I've been a gym user for many years but never felt comfortable using the weights section or increasing weights especially with compound movements. Celeste is incredibly flexible and has helped me build strength and confidence in lower body training as she knew this was a particular focus for me!
Celeste is an amazing personal trainer! We've been training together for over two years now and our sessions focus on progressive overloading and compound movements that target multiple muscle groups. She has taught me how to develop an efficient workout split and how to perform each exercise with correct form. I've seen great progress in our sessions which are structured, challenging, but also really fun!
I feel that I lift much heavier in our sessions together because Celeste is a great motivator! She always knows when I have a few more reps left to give and has helped me achieve my strength goals within a relatively short period of time. However, what I enjoy the most in our sessions is that Celeste is always energetic, keeps our training sessions interesting and new, and finally, our sessions are really fun and I always look forward to them!

I started personal training sessions with Celeste after cancer treatment and being given medical advice to start strength training and lifting weights for bone health.
I didn’t know how to use the gym equipment and Celeste has been amazing. Her knowledge is really comprehensive and she knew exactly what I meant when I explained what I’d been told to do.
All her advice matched what the doctors had said and I made really quick progress. She was incredibly patient with my zero experience and I felt so empowered generally in the gym after she taught me the principals and how to use everything.
She encouraged and inspired me to keep going and improve, but the sessions were also really good fun - relaxed as well as efficient.

When I first began, my main goal was to get comfortable with weight training. I was completely new to it, and honestly, the gym felt pretty intimidating at the time. I was only familiar with cardio and had very little experience with strength training. I wanted to build overall strength, with a particular focus on my lower body
I truly enjoyed every session with Celeste. She always customised the workouts to suit my needs, especially when we had to make adjustments to accommodate my knee pain. Her support and encouragement were constant, whether she was correcting my form, explaining a movement, or cheering me on.

When I began, my goals were to gain confidence in using a full range of gym equipment and machines in my workouts and to set some effective routines that I could do on my own at the gym or at home.
Celeste is great at explaining why certain movements are effective as well as suggesting alternative equipment or machines for every move.
I am now confident in walking onto the gym floor and using the equipment to work out and I have a huge variety of workout routines from Celeste.

I used to do a few exercise classes, weekly, but after a while, I realised that I needed something tailored to my needs and abilities, that I could do in my own time, without being restricted to a schedule. My goal was to tone up and lose some weight.
Celeste demonstrated compassion and empathy. I felt at ease with her, and enjoyed talking about this and that whilst training. I discussed the issues brought on by the menopause, and how this affected my memory, making it difficult to remember the details of each exercise and correct forms, as well as the various aches and pains due to hormonal changes.
Celeste took time to listen to my needs, and designed a program for me to focus on. This's an invaluable help to me, as I can't maintain a constant exercise regime due to life circumstances.
