
Why I Fell in Love with weight training
I started weight training over seven years ago, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The impact on both my physical and mental wellbeing has been life-changing.
The gym has become my happy place. A space where I can unwind, release stress, and reconnect with myself.
For a long time, I struggled with self-image and was deeply self-conscious about how I looked. Weight training helped me shift that mindset. As I got stronger, I began to appreciate what my body could do, rather than just how it looked. It taught me that confidence comes from capability, consistency, and celebrating small victories along the way.
Strength isn’t just measured by the weights you lift; it’s about growing confidence, developing resilience, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought. That mindset is at the heart of my coaching.
I know what it feels like to start from scratch, to feel unsure or intimidated, and I also know how empowering it is to push past that fear and see real progress.Every session is an opportunity not just to build muscle, but to grow stronger in every part of your life.



Why I Am A Personal Trainer
I became a certified Personal Trainer because I want to help other Women to experience the change and impact exercise had on me.
I understand what it feels like to be at the start of your journey, unsure of where to begin, or to hit a wall in your training and need someone in your corner to push you forward.
My goal is to be that support. To guide you with programmes that make sense for your body, your lifestyle, and your confidence level. To help you build strength you can feel, provide the guidance that helps you move forward, and to create a space where you feel capable, motivated, and excited about your progress.
