Why I Do What I Do
Exercise has always been my anchor. It’s helped me manage anxiety, clear my mind, and reconnect with myself during difficult times. But that doesn’t mean it’s always been easy. I know how scary it can feel to walk into a gym for the first time. And honestly? Stepping into an unfamiliar gym can still make me nervous. It’s a reminder that feeling intimidated is normal and you’re definitely not alone.

That’s why I do this work.

I want women to feel safe, seen, and supported in their fitness journey, especially if they’ve tried before and nothing stuck, or if they’re tired of feeling like the gym isn’t “made for them.”

You deserve a space where you can grow stronger without judgement, comparison, or pressure.

What Makes My Coaching Different
My approach blends strength training, Pilates, and mindset coaching to help you feel confident in your body and in yourself. I don’t believe in quick fixes or a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, I focus on:

• Strength training & body recomposition
• Fat loss through sustainable, realistic habits
• Metabolic conditioning for all fitness levels
• Mobility, core strength & Pilates-based movement
• Confidence-building & mindset support

Fitness extends far beyond physical change. It is an opportunity to shift old beliefs, build new habits, and recognise your own resilience. I meet you where you are, take the time to understand your fears and frustrations, and help you build a routine that feels good for your mind as much as your body.

You don’t need to force yourself through workouts you dread or feel like you have to “earn” your progress. We’ll build something sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering together.

A Supportive, Judgement-Free Space For Women
Whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned gym-goer that wants to level up their training, you’ll always be met with warmth, patience, and encouragement.

At The Bridge, you’re stepping into a women's-only environment, a space created with comfort, safety, and understanding at its core. Here, you’re surrounded by women who get it; women who want to feel stronger, supported, and empowered without the pressure or intimidation that can come with mixed gyms.

I aim to create an environment where women feel seen and understood and to coach in a place where confidence grows naturally because you feel safe enough to train in a way that feels right for you.

My goal is to make you feel comfortable enough to try, supported enough to keep going, and confident enough to finally see what you’re capable of.

A Little Bit About Me
Before becoming a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, I studied art and thought I’d end up working in production design for film. I loved the creativity, but I eventually realised that what I really enjoy is working with people face-to-face and helping them feel stronger and more at home in their own bodies.

Outside the gym, I’m a bit of a history nerd, usually juggling at least two books, and happiest when I’m out in nature or pottering around in the kitchen. I love reading, cats, long walks with a good audiobook, and anything that gives me a moment to slow down and reset.
